Right to Withdraw (Returns)

  1. A Customer who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract of the goods purchased in the store without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  2. To exercise the right to return, you must inform us of your decision by email: [email protected].

  3. The goods should be sent back to the following address: Bogdanowo 44. Bogdanowo 64-600.

  4. The Store will refund the payment using the same payment methods as used by the Customer in the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise.

  5. In the case of payment by a payment card, the refund will be made directly to the card account from which the payment was made.

 

Complaints

  1. In case of a product defect, the Customer has the right to lodge a complaint under the warranty.

  2. The complaint should be submitted in writing to the store's email address. The store will consider the complaint within 14 days.
